Study Of Factors Affecting The Development Of "Software City" Industrial Cluters

Software industry is the forerunner and strategy industry for national economy and social development.And it is the core and soul in the whole information industry. It infinitely changes configuration people's life style and consciousness in modern society.It also relates to nation politics economy and social security. Accelerated developing software industry has become a privotal tache in our country's strategy of bringing along industrialization by information.Industrial Cluster is a kind of advanced industry configuration.Countries'many practice all around the world prove that cluster configuration could make the exertion of the industry gain a qualitative flight.How for software industry to apply such industry configuration is a new problem and urgently need to solve. In recent years,China's software industry development rapidly.By the end of 2008,there are 19 National Software Industry Base cities. However,in some city,the industrial cluter process fell behind obviously. Software Industries in many city assembled but not conglomeration,which has a strong impact on the rapid growth of software industry.With regard to the quantitative analysis of input-output ratio,shows the level of development of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter,lots of problems still exist. Consequently,it has become a new subject worth consideration to promote development of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter. Refers to the domestic and foreign research achievement,on the basis of widespread investigation and study,proposed the system of influencing factors of industrial cluter's development.Then,the auther does questionnaire surveys and on-the-spot investigation, comprehensively collected the correlative data of software enterprises in Wuxi,Went through the exploratory factor analysis(EFA),summarizes seven potential influencing factors of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter.And, according to the structural equation model(SEM)analysis method,the author establishes the research model of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter.After that,the author does the fitting examination on the research model,and analyzes the result of the examination,and Finally find the most influential factor and the main problem of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter.In conclusion,this paper put forward several schemes to expedite the developing of industrial cluter process of Wuxi's Software industrial cluter.The auther considered that there are four ways to expedite the developing of industrial cluter process.They are: Improving the financing environment, and creating a regional innovation network and improving public service system and the strengthening of human resources.
