Rearch On Financial Evaluation For BinZhou Port Project

Terminal project as an important national infrastructure projects, the regional economy has a very important supporting role. As the terminal construction project large-scale investment, long construction period, subject to the state's industrial policy and the time value of money and many other factors, should be made for such investment projects, rational decision-making, they are bound to carry out financial evaluation of investment projects, study construction period and the maturity of profitability, liquidity and other financial conditions, which to evaluate the financial viability of the project investment.In this paper, Binzhou Port Bulk Terminal construction project's financial evaluation study was divided into three parts is studied. The first part consists of introduction and first chapter, the main thesis is that it establishes the theoretical basis for the application of the theory of the article, methods, indicators, umbrella and Grooming for the research behind the practice guidance; second part is the second chapter, the main pairs of Binzhou Hong Kong bulk terminal projects from the overall analysis and presentation, from the macro-economic background of the project, benefits analysis, project engineering processes, environmental impact of projects in terms of the overall discussion; third part consists of chapterⅢandⅣ, This part of the project's core chapters, primarily in ChapterⅢof the project's market environment, competitive analysis and forecasting of the current situation, based on the fourth chapter of the Binzhou Port project from the investment and financing estimates, profitability and other aspects of the financial evaluation.
