Research On The Acting Mechanism Of Audit Information Property Rights

As very important information resources, audit information has great significance for audit stakeholder's decision efficiency. However, audit information distortion still exists after we have taken all kinds of measures, and it has done tremendous damage to audit stakeholder. In this paper, we study the issue of audit information from the perspective of property rights, and ponder it deeply. It has great theoretical reference value and practical significance.From the perspective of property rights, following such a logic thread, that is, the connotation of property rights of audit information—the influencing factors—the interaction way of influencing factors—the utility ensured mechanism, comprehensively applying audit information theory, quasi- public goods theory and property rights theory, etc. this paper systematically analyzes the acting mechanism of property rights of audit information. Through analysis and research, we construct the function model of property rights of audit information, and on this basis, design the utility ensured mechanism of property rights of audit information. Firstly, this paper introduces its research background and significance, and review the research results at home and abroad on the theory of information property rights and property rights of audit information, as well as summarizing its research approach, research methods and the innovative points. Then, based on audit information theory, quasi- public goods theory and property rights theory, it defines the meaning, basic property and functions of the property rights of audit information. And then, analyzes the influencing factors that affecting the property rights of audit information, and construct the function model of the property rights of audit information based on it. After that, it designs the utility ensured mechanism of property rights of audit information from five respects: legal safeguard mechanism, audit supervision mechanism, corporate governance optimized mechanism, audit market structure governance mechanism, moral education mechanism. Finally, it demonstrates the effectiveness of the utility ensured mechanism by case analysis of Hubei Li Hua Accounting Firm. The research has great theoretical and practical significance on establishing property right system of audit information and on promoting the healthy development of audit information market.
