Comprehensive Budget Management Research In S Company

China's elevator industry has been growing really fast since initiated the reforms and open policy in late 1970s, especially after 1980s, advanced management science and technology brought into China by joint ventures, but the implementation of scientific management systems in many elevator companies, especially domestic ones, still far behind the advanced foreign companies.As a management system which plays an important role in promoting the development of modern business, comprehensive budget management is becoming an important method of enterprise internal management. Especially in 21st century, the implementation of Balanced Score Card greatly improved the comprehensive budget management system by offsetting the limitations of using only financial criterions in business center performance assessment.This article introduced the theory of comprehensive budget management, and analyzed the problems in the comprehensive budget management of S Elevator Company, and then proposed countermeasure and advice from four aspects:budgeting, and budget management risk assessment and Balanced Scorecard implementation research.The research in this article will give guidance and reference to the practice of the comprehensive budget management of S Elevator Company. And it needs to be further inspection and perfection.
