In today's market environment, the quality of products is a prominent issue of universal concern. It's the key to enterprises survival and development. The Statistical Process Control SPC as the important tool and technique of advanced quality management and process control, plays an important role in preventing the quality defects, reducing the failure rate of products and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. SPC has become the core and essence of modern enterprise quality management.The idea of preventing the quality defects and pursuing excellent quality has gone deep into the process of quality management and production, but the essence of SPC hasn't been understood by many enterprises. In fact the products monitoring is belong to after the test. The dynamic and continuous monitoring can't be achieved. According to China's actual conditions of production, the algorithm of control charts in traditional SPC was improved in this paper, and the SPC quality management control system software was developed.With the rapid development of computer technology, computer-aided quality management model has become a trend to modern enterprise quality management. The SPC theory and computer technology were combined in this paper, and the SPC quality control system software was developed in Visual C++ 6.0 programming environment. Examples were analyzed by using the software. The SPC data collection and on-site analysis was achieved, and manufacture process control and prevention function was also fully played. The SPC analysis efficiency and accuracy was greatly improved by using the software.The specific content of this paper is as follows:(1) The importance of quality management was explained, the development and application significance of SPC was discussed, the relevant theory at home and abroad was introduced and the content and significance of the paper was described.(2) The basic theory of the SPC was studied, and the skills of SPC control charts, witch includes the principle of control charts, control chart types and features, control chart implementation of the precautionary principle and the criteria of control charts were analyzed.(3) For defect of traditional SPC control charts, a kind of improved algorithm based on predictive model was proposed and verified by taking X-R control chart for an example.(4) The SPC quality control system software was developed in Visual C++6.0 programming environment, and examples were analyzed by using the software. The SPC software includes four modules:user login module, basic information module, data processing module and the control chart module.(5) Finally, the work of the whole paper was summarized, and further research of the subject was put forward.
