From 1970s to the present, logistics has developed for nearly 40 years in China. Domestic logistics research scholars already have a large degree of breakthrough, but these studies are mainly focused on industrial logistics research, concerning about the logistics of agricultural products is relatively small. In recent years, with the economic development and social progress, agricultural output is increasing. At the same time, because of the biological specificity of agricultural products, the logistics transportation difficulties are being gradually revealed. In order to solve the challenges the logistics of agricultural products face effectively and reduce the cost of agricultural products logistics, we need to establish a suitable agricultural logistics center to carry out logistics and distribution of agricultural products.Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyses the context, the development of the status quo at home and abroad, as well as site selection methods, then introduces the basic theory about agricultural products logistics. Basing on the theoretical analysis, we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Analytical Hierarchy Process to discuss the agricultural logistics center location decision-making method. Take Wuhan for example, we first built the target layer, the criteria and sub-criteria layer composed of indicators of agricultural logistics center AHP evaluation system. Among them, the target layer's goal is selecting the best logistics center, the criteria layer reflect the impact of agricultural logistics center location factors by analyzing traffic conditions, economic conditions and environmental efficiency. The sub-criteria layer consists of 11 indicators. When selecting a candidate address, we removed three regions where two large wholesale markets of agricultural products located, used set covering model to solve the remaining areas. Based on the Attention-agricultural logistics center should be built on the origin of agricultural products as much as possible, we eliminated the low agricultural production area-Qingshan and selected Xinzhou, Jiangxia and Jiang'an as candidate addresses. We conducted a questionnaire design and calculated comparison matrix about each layer through MATLAB program. Simultaneously we tested matrices and the consistency of these judgments and reached index weights about the criteria of 3 indicators and sub-criteria layer of 11 indicators of the factors. And then use these index weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the three candidate addresses. The process had two steps:a fuzzy evaluation and two fuzzy evaluation. In the process, the evaluations of factors were calculated by the frequency method. Finally, we set assignment to the judge, used the weighted average to calculate the integrated score about the three candidate addresses. We can obtain that Jiangxia had the highest integrated score which was 4.1940, Xinzhou had the higher integrated score which was 3.7491 and Jiang'an had the lowest score which was 3.3107. At last, Jiangxia was selected as the best logistics center address. We analyzed the rationality about Jiangxia from infrastructure, industrial structure and government policies. In the paper's end, according to the study results, we discussed the limitations of this paper and future development direction in detail.
