Study On Chlorinated Olefins Biodegradation And Adsorption Dynamics

Chlorinated organic pollution problem has attracted the attention of researchers all over the world due to the toxicity,electronegtivity and hardness to wipe off.The research takes dichloroethylene（DCE） as the main subject. Use the strains which are filtrated from acclimation of the activated sludge to study on degradation kinetics. Meanwhile study on the adsorption of DCE on anaerobic and aerobic sludge.Choose and cultivate some saved strains and then use them to degradation DCE. The result shows that D–M is the best strain to degradation DCE which uses DCE as sole carbon source.Then is DB–Ⅰwhich uses Benzene as carbon source. DB–M which also use Benzene as carbon source mould has the worst effect of degradation rate. Degradation kinetics of DT–Ⅹand DB-Ⅰfit Monod modle. The parameters of D–M and DB–M are v_max=10.82 mg/L·h K s= 2.14 mg/L, v_{m ax}=21.88 mg/L·h K s= 8.89 mg/L respectively. D–M、DB–M fit Haldane inhibition modle. The kinetics parameters of them are v_max=2.25 mg/L·h K s=0.94 mg/L K i=26.49 mg/L, v_max=8.62 mg/L·h K s=5.38 mg/L K i=9.16 mg/L respectively.Sterilize anaerobic and aerobic granular sludge.According to the adsorption experiment , The adsorption of DCE by the granular sludge is rising with the temperature rise when pH is settled. Freundlich equation could simulate experiment data of anaerobic granular sludge quite well. Absorption data of aerobic sludge can be simulated by both Freundlich and langmuir isotherm. Absorption of DCE is better in neutral condition when the temperature is settled. Freundlich equation could simulate experiment data of anaerobic granular sludge quite well.But for aerobic granular sludge langmuir equation is more suitable. According to the contrast to the two kinds of granular sludge the absorption of DCE by anaerobic granular sludge is better than by aerobic granular sludge when the temperature、pH and VSS are settled. Among homolog of chlorinated olefins molecular weight is bigger, the time of adsorption equilibrium is longer.
