Study On The Technology Of Fungicide Hexaconazole And Formulating Of Several Pesticide Microemulsions

Triazole compounds have been found to show wide spread biological activities, many of them have been developed and used as fungicides, plant growth regulators and medicine. Triazole compounds have been the most important of types of fungicides in nitrogen heterocyclic compounds. Different structures of triazole compounds have different biological activities.Hexaconazole is the most important of types of triazole fungicide. It is now used extensively in treatment with plant diseases caused by dendrocola fungi because of better control effect and long effective period, being safe to crop and no environmental pollution of it. In this thesis, The feasible process was probed into the synthesis of triazole fungicide hexaconazole. At the same time, innovative techniques that the products were handled were put forward, the concrete factors of affect influencing products’yield were listed and the better data which affect yield was obtained. In the process, the cost is reduced greatly and production security is improved effectively because (CH3)3S+I- and sodium hydride were replaced by (CH3)3S+CH3SO4- and potassium hydroxide. At the same time, the problem of solvent recovery is solved in the production process, which decreases the amount of the pulping wastewater, reduces the environment pollution from wastewater, increases the efficiency and saves the cost,improves the market competitive power and enterprise benefit.The microemulsion of agriculture chemical is a kind of security and environmental protection type form of a drug that has appeared in recent years. Its particle is very much little and its coverage is heavy, thus can improve the drug effect and economize the medicine amount. With the demands of the environment and pesticide, microemulsion will become leading form of a drug of the agriculture chemical in 21st century.This paper has introduced the plain microemulsion of 10%, 20% fenvalerate , 4.5% beta-cypermethrin, 2.0% of the avermectin, 10% pyridaben, 10%, 15%, 20% diazoethylaceta, 20% difenoconazole, 5%hexaconazole,having proposed the best prescription.With the several microemulsion preparation was probed into, the process of preparing other microemulsion has been basically grasped, the various factors affecting microemulsion has been understood and the great meaning of studying and contriving the new micro-emulsion later has been obstained.
