In this paper,the preparation,polymerizating mechanism and physical-chemical properties of the urushiol polymer and composite coating based on urushiol are studied,the main contribution of this paper are as follow:(1)Firstly,reaction process of polymerization of urushiol catalyzed by bronsted acid is discussed by UV,IR,GPC,~1H-NMR and Rheometer etal,and then polymerization kinetics of urushiol catalyzed by Bronsted Acid are studied.Afterward,the curing mechanism of urushiol catalyzed by 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid are discussed and the best conditions of preparation are confirmed.Lastly,the comparison between physical-chemical properties of curing film and raw lacquer film are investigated by TG and DMTA.(2)Firstly,the preparation of urushiol polymer/MWNTs composite coating is studied. Secondly,the dispersibility of MWNTs on urushiol film and Effects of MWNTs on the mechanical properties of urushiol film was discussed by FT-IR,TG,Raman,SEM and DMTA.Lastly,effects of MWNTs content on conductivity of composite film are also investigated.(3)Firstly,the curing behavior of urushiol catalysed by potassium copper chloride dehydrate are confirmed.And then the curing mechanism of polymerization are discussed by FT-IR,UV-Vis,~1H-NMR,ESR and CV etal.Lastly,the application of potassium copper chloride dehydrate on "the activation of dead lacquer" are studied,and the properties of curing film which was synthesized by polymerization of dead lacquer catalyzed by potassium copper chloride dehydrate are investigated by TG and DMTA etal.The experimental results showed as follows:Firstly,the urushiol unsaturated side chains and bezene made urushiol gradually forming polymer through the reaction of Friedel-Crafts alkylation on the conditions of catalyzed by Bronsted Acid;Secondly,potassium copper chloride dehydrate can catalyze the oxidation polymerization of urushiol,and there are many similarities among potassium copper chloride dehydrate,original laccase,polyphenol oxidase and mimetic enzyme in the catalyst reaction;Thirdly,Urushiol catalyzed by Bronsted Acid and potassium copper .’ chloride dehydrate both have better heat stability than raw lacquer film;Lastly,the composite film which is prepared by reaction of urushiol polymer and MWNTs not only retain the excellent properties of original urushiol film,but also improve its impact strength,and the composite film have good electrical conductivity ability.This study provides a new way for resolving the problem of difficult curing formation film to raw lacquer and furnish scientific theory and experiment data to develop new functional materials from lacquer.
