The project explores the effect of relevant factors on fertilizer granulation from twoaspects: various solid binder (such as light calcium carbonate, attapulgite, yellowdesulfurization gypsum) and the granulation process parameters. Through studying the reposeangle change trend between fertilizer and solid binder, we explore the formation mechanismof solid adhesive particle so as to construct the association between angle of repose andfertilizer granulation. In the28-6-6trial, by changing the solid adhesive mixing way andconnected with the microwave heating method, we explore the role of granulated fertilizer,providing a theoretical basis for the industrialization of the product.Firstly, comparing the repose angle change trend between different solid binders (PCC,attapulgite and yellow desulfurization gypsum) and single fertilizer potash fertilizer, nitrogenfertilizer, mixed25-0-5series, we found that the angle of repose materials with the addition ofsolid adhesive was significantly increased in4~7.5degrees. This is mainly caused by theinternal structure of solid adhesive PCC, attapulgite and yellow desulfurization gypsum. Andwithin this range, the ratio of granulating effect is the best. Based on this, we can establishfertilizer particle formation mechanism model, which can provide theoretical basis for thesolid adhesive used in fertilizer production.Secondly, the situation of grain in28-6-6compound fertilizer was carried in laboratory,pilot and large test. We get the best ratio of solid binder and explore the physical chemicalbehavior between the fertilizer particles and binder in the process of solid particle. Throughthe test, we identify the effect of premixing on granulation. From the interaction betweenmaterial fertilizer system (physical, chemical action), we study the key role of solid binder on28-6-6series in the granulation process, exploring the technological conditions for particleimpact fertilizer. It is shown that in28-6-6formula, when the plaster and PCC premixedtogether and the mixing time1~2h keeped, the best particle formation effect obtained.Finally, through the comparison solid adhesive plaster and gypsum granulation in28-6-6test, we found that when plaster as the solid adhesive, the particle effect is much better thanthe use of gypsum. We study state transformation of solid adhesive two water desulfurization gypsum (i.e. gypsum) under microwave heating condition. We research the impact such asmicrowave heating time, power, the volume of material raw and other factors on formtransformation gypsum. We introduce the application of microwave heating in the grains offertilizer from the two aspects: the pilot test and microcosmic process.In a word, this paper starts from changes of between repose angle fertilizer and differentsolid binder. We explore the intrinsic connection between internal structure of solid adhesiveand fertilizer. Meanwhile, from the aspect of process conditions, we study the impact ofmaterial premixing and microwave heating methods on particle, so as to provide the theoryand practice basis for fertilizer granulation.
