| In recent years, safety accidents of coal mining enterprises are of commonoccurrence, cause loss of people’s life and property, traditional way of post-processingis hard to deal with them. For this purpose,our company aim at the problems whichexisting in the coal mining enterprises of emergency response, develop the emergencyresponse system by using information technology means,to decrease the effects ofdisaster reduction,to ensure the safety of coal mine workers. Many emergency systemof coal mining enterprises are for the command personnel for emergency rescue afterthe incident, but not unify proactive regulation and the decisions after the facts, causebefore-hand supervision non-existing and the rescue is not in place in time. Ourcompany aim at this kind of situation, to develop the emergency response system ofcoal mining enterprises. This system adopts the prevention fist, rescue after second,find problems in time, dispatcher in time, solve in time, with the help of moderntechnology, make the safety of coal mining enterprises towards intelligentvisualization emergency response.The emergency response system of coal mining enterprises uses wirelesscommun-ication, Security Cam, GIS and other technologies, to develop disasterwarning, production safety monitoring system, through a large screen videoconsultation, production safety emergency command scheduling, realize the coal minesafety production scheduling command centralized management, when the coal mineaccident happen, launched the emergency response immediately, to reduce theaccident.The system uses the architectural pattern which combines C/S and B/S, by usingWIFI wireless communication system realizing a complete coverage of system of coalmining enterprises, by using the Integrated platform of integrating Undergroundlocalization, video, voice and monitoring.Using VOIP voice technology, implement the coal mining enterprises and clear communication between the down-holepersonnel.By using HD resolution through the use of surveillance video camera fordown-hole condition monitoring. By combining Underground localization andelectronic map, to manage underground personnel position of coal mining enterprises,check staff in the distribution of underground anytime. Run the historical trajectoryplayback; environmental monitoring through the Android mobile-phone system, thatcan record survey data, geological data, Material management information.
