| Photonic crystal is a new type of optical material of periodic dielectric constant distribution.Photonic crystal that has more advantage and performance than the semiconductor is regardedas a substitute for a semiconductor crystal in optical scale of artificial material. The researchersused mature semiconductor crystal technology to research and analysis of photonic crystal, andapplied photonic crystal on the function of optical devices. The study of the theory of thephotonic crystals and experimental application developed rapidly.We will introduce the development present situation, application and algorithm of photoniccrystal in this paper. Periodic multilayer medium will be derived by using the transmissioncharacteristics transfer matrix of single layer medium. We obtain the transmission spectrumdiagrams of the one-dimensional photonic crystals (AB)Nand insert defect layer by usingtransfer matrix method and Matlab. There are three obvious photonic band gap in298~313nm,490~530nm and1335~1780nm.This paper mainly study the defect layer thickness, the size of the incident angle andrelations between the circulating layer number of one-dimensional photonic crystals and thechange of transmission spectra in the photonic band gap between1335~1335nm. The imagesshow:the number of defect modes in the band gap is the same as the the number of insert defectlayer; the change of the incidence angle will cause the change of defect modes; the increase ofperiod of one-dimensional photonic crystal will not change the number of defect modes andlocation, but will change the width of the transmission peak and transmittance. Under the actionof outer electric field and the insert of the photonic crystal lithium niobate, the transmissionsummit in the band gap will increase to the short-wave.with the applied voltage, and distance will decrease. In short one-dimensional photoniccrystal shows excellent optical properties when we insert [(AB)N] function layer. |
