China is a big country of energy consumption, coal accounts for the main position in China energy structure.The output of2014is28.7tons, accounting for about half of the world.With the increasing depletion of shallow underground coal resources,the need of coal resource under the deep clay layer become more and more urgent.In recent years,the most of the shaft need to cross the deep clay layer. The frozen strength develop slowly, and creep is high,so it expand easily. With the increase of the thickness of the clay layer,in freezing sinking project often occur freeze tube rupture and freeze wall rupture because the large deformation of frozen wall.All of these problems decrease not only the pace of the shaft construction,but also result in the shaft submerging. So we have many challenge in related theory and key engineering technology,and we must study them to satisfy the methodology of engineering design and construction in the thick artificial frozen alluvium.According to the actual situation of Gu Qiao East mine return shaft special thick soil freezing method sinking.Discuss how to sink shaft by frozen method in the deep clay layer security and rapidly.The frozen plan is the key to freezing method,and the design of the scheme requires detailed parameters and some related experience.Studying the physical and mechanical properties of frozen soil covered on the well by means of theoretical analysis and engineering measurement.To freeze construction design, according to the geology, hydrology and mechanical characteristics of frozen soil.And determine the freezing methods,the thickness of freezing well and the arrangement of freezing holes.Because there many uncertain factors,and the complicated processes in freezing shaft sinking construction.Recently information construction technology is widely used in freezing sinking. In this paper, according to the actual situation of engineering.We designed information construction technology to monitor frozen pressure,borehole wall stress and displacement of the frozen wall successfully.Providing security for the safety and rapid construction.Through the engineering practice,This project design is reasonable, successful,Serving as a reference for future similar projects.
