Facing the technical problems of work face offset and roadway arrangement for Shanxi Jiguang coal mine close coal seams No.9and10mining under hard roof, this article is based on the investigation and analysis of scene engineering cases, used the methods of theoretical analysis, computer numerical simulation and the field observation of the mine pressure. Had research on very close distance coal seams floor stress distribution and destruction scope, overlying strata movement rule and tendency of stress distribution.First9coal seam mining are analyzed on the base plate, the influence of the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation conclusion the floor change trend of different depth horizontal and vertical stress, provide the basis for the determination of reasonable working face offset is reasonable. With up and down coal mining are analyzed when the lower coal face in the movement of overlying strata, based on the working face of lower specific reasonable position. Mining calculated through theory of plastic damage depth, which is formed by the floor of coal seam inclination support pressure distribution, and provide the basis for the determination of the lower extraction roadway.Secondly used Flac3D numerical simulation software to establish model, comparison analysis under different fault distance, the stress and deformation of the roadway. Eventually determine suitable for the geological conditions of roadway layout position and proper work faces offset.Finally,9and10Jiguang coal mine coal seams appeared with the mining working face in the process of rock pressure characteristics and displacement of deep roadway surface and on-site test research, obtained the abundant mine pressure observation data, the results show that with the offset and roadway layout of the implementation of the effect is better, to verify the rationality of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results. Through the above research, to solve the extremely close distance coal seam under hard roof with mining face roadway layout problem, the offset and for the future similar geological conditions of coal seam mining provides a certain theoretical reference and practical experience.
