Abrasive generator is the abrasive modulation component of pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology, it’s also the core component of pre-mixed abrasive jet device. Concentration of the water and sand fluid’s stability can largely influence the important parameters of the equipment comprehensively.Abrasive concentration of pre-mixed abrasive jet technology has great significance in its application,such as structural parameters designing, work pressure,work flow rate and a series of parameter setting, as well as in theoretical research of pre-mixed abrasive jet technology.Therefore,this paper do a lot of studying and designing for pre-mixed abrasive jet ccurate feeding device,which mainly do the following work:First of all, through experiment data statistics and analysis, the jet’s concentration unstable problem is hard to attack in existing pre-mixed jet device,and reasons unknown.By FLUENT software, this paper analysed the abrasiv’s flowing inside the tank and its distribution druing the process of work of the existing device. From the results of the analysis of the inside of the tanks abrasive distribution,which can explain the reason of the defects of existing technical.Therefore, this article will put forward a kind of accurate feeding mechanism,which corresponding electric equipment in order to improve the stability of jet flow concentration.The pre-mixed abrasive jet ccurate feeding device desined in this issue adopting screw conveying mechanism to instead the original abrasive generator, selecting the turbidity to monitor the real-time concentration of outlet.Coupled with the STM32series microcontroller STM32F101C8T6,it’s kernel is Cortex-M, which was produced by ST (stmicroelectronics).Using that to write the data acquisition, storage, processing and display program,and architecture the software part of fluid concentration test system which will converte the signal,collected by turbidimeter, into binary code and showing on the serial port assistant, this can form a closed cycle system which will achieve real-time monitoring and control device of concentration.Then, using laboratory’s existing facilities to calibrat the collected signals, which get the binary code-concentration direct having a linear relationship, and eventually determine software programs.Finally, based on the experiment of institute of high pressure water jet device, architecturing the concentration test system to test concentration of pre-mixed abrasive jet ccurate feeding device, using turbidimeter acquisition signals, single chip microcomputer for data processing and display, obtained a series of experimental data and verified the feasibility of this system.
