| Layered double hydroxides, a kind of novel inorganic layered materials, have been widely used in catalysis, electrochemistry, photochemistry, etc, and show good prospects. Changing the morphology of LDHs can improve its application range in various fields.Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage device, playing an important role in mobile-communication, aerospace and mang other fields. Due to the unique layered structure of LDHs (can form the electric double layer and provide the faradaic pseudocapacitance), the preparation is simple and low cost, it is a great potential in development of electrode materials. However, almost all of the research on LDHs is not considering the influence of morphology, the work about this aspect is necessary. In this paper, we have synthesized the special morphologies CO-Al-CO32-LDHs with alkaline cobalt salt or aluminum salt as precursors. Specific works are as follows:We have fabricated the rod-like Co-Al-CO32-LDHs with alkaline cobalt salt as precursor and adding the aluminum and carbonate ions. The optimal reaction conditions and reaction to generate CO-Al-CO32-LDHs have been explored by investigating reaction conditions including the molar ratio of Co/Al, PH, temperature, reaction time, etc. Finally, the electrochemical properties of CO-Al-CO32-LDHs material are studied with different calcination temperature and composition. We have synthesized the loofah sponge Co-Al-CO32-LDHs with NH4[Al (OOH) HCO3] as precursor and adding the cobalt and carbonate ions. The optimal reaction conditions and reaction to generate Co-Al-CO32-LDHs have been found by investigating reaction conditions including PH, the molar ratio of Co/Al, temperature, reaction time, etc. Finally, the electrochemical properties of CO-Al-CO32-LDHs material are studied with different calcination temperature and composition. |
