It’s becoming an important task to solve the shortage of water in South Xinjiang thatreducing the invalid moisture evaporation For this problem, it will be helpful to useevaporation inhibitors (surfactant) on the surface of water to restrain effectively the invalidevaporation. The nature of evaporation inhibitors is surfactant which can lay an insolublemonomolecular film on the surface of water. It can restrain water exposed directly in the air,so to restrain the evaporation.The author, uses the ultrasonic dispersing technology, developed a new homogeneous/heterogeneous evaporation inhibitors which have features, such as self-healing,anti-interference ability and stable performance. On the basis of structural theory ofmonomolecular film, the author explores the molecular safety after film formation from theevaporation inhibitor through testing the surface current and surface viscosity, studies on theoxygen permeability and surface tension of evaporation inhibitor. The results show that:(1) Vibration impacts greatly on the solubility of water evaporation. When the time is15min,the vibration power is30Hz, it would be more likely to form condensation film in addingnormal propyl alcohol heterogeneous inhibitor than adding n-butanol inhibitors.(2) The types and amounts of emulgator impacts greatly on the inhibition effect ofevaporation inhibitors. The highest inhibition rate of heterogeneous water evaporationinhibitor after mixing the same amount of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-3, AEO-5,AEO-7can reach42.51%.(3) When the temperature is23℃, the concentration is1.019×10-1gm-2,the lifetime ofheterogeneous evaporation inhibitor is96hours and its inhibition rate is20.13%.(4) Through testing performances, the inhibitors of which molecular structure, spreadingperformance, anti-jamming interference ability for the best are Cetyl alcohol(C160H/C30H)and Octadecanol(C180H/C30H).(5) Plot experiments: after adding25mL inhibitors, laying float grid, the optimalheterogeneous water evaporating inhibitor is C180H/C30H for the best effect of inhibition.Due to the oxygen can get through even after film-forming;,From the macro analysis of the experimental data,it will not affect the growth of aquatic animals and plants.
