In the process of mining of rock, due to the excavation for rock mass stress state ofequilibrium, it will exhibit a variety of different level pressure phenomenon. In order to makethe mine pressure effect not affect the mining work and guarantee the mine safetyproduction.People must take the corresponding technical measures to control the minepressure appear in a certain range. The mine roadway support and reinforcement and theprocessing of mined-out area is a very important work, which timely support andreinforcement of surrounding rock and the goaf management can effectively control theground pressure activity. Based on the Xiaoling mine as the research background, combinedwith the theory and the measured results and methods of numerical simulation for a smallridge pyrite mine and the control measures of the effect of reforcing aspects analysis, andobtained the certain theoretical significance and engineering application value. The mainresearch contents and research results are as follows:(1) Through the orebody occurrence, physical and mechanical properties of rock,orebody aquifer distribution and occurrence, hydrologic geology survey, get the scene of thefirst-hand datas, and through the joint investigations, evaluate the stability of rock mass. Theoverall hydrogeological belongs to a simple type, engineering geology is bad, it is importantto pay special attention to the poor area of mining deformation and instability of the situation.(2) According to the actual geological conditions, numerical simulation softwareFLAC3D is adopted to establish the simulation model, simulation analysis was carried out onthe process of mining, the results show that with the ore body mining, stope stress redistribute.With the gradual recovery of the ore bodies, the exposed area of goaf span grows, the verticaldisplacement of roof subsidence increase gradually, in the middle of the gob area of rockmass is near to maximum subsidence value, the smaller the farther from the cavitydisplacement.In the process of orebody stoping propulsion, deformation of goaf roofsubsidence area has increased significantly, effect of ground pressure activities is appearingmore and more obvious.(3) Through the domestic and foreign about the failure mode of rock mass, the instabilityof goaf roof type of research, get analysis of the gob roof caused by ground pressure activityand failure mechanism of surrounding rock, and the law of goaf roof caving are analyzed.Through secondary stress of stope surrounding rock and rock movement monitoring, itreflects the law of ground pressure activities, the surrounding rock pressure monitoring data showed that place between the mined-out area and surrounding rock has stress concentrationphenomenon in a contact point.after fill empty area, stress value tends to be stable, and thestress concentration phenomenon is obvious; deformation monitoring data in the area ofchange of surrounding rock is of stability and absolute value is small, indicating that a widerange of ground pressure activities does not happen temporarily,which shows good stability.(4) In view of the Xiaoling pyrite occurring in the process of stope ground pressure effectand legacy of mined-out area actual situation, put forward reasonable measures to control theground pressure and make proper reinforcement measures on roadway ground pressureactivity frequently. Choose the appropriate governance aboat different mined-out area atpresent to aim at reducing the damage of ground pressure activity when mining, in order tomeet the requirements of small Xiaoling mine safety in production.
