| Ultrasonic peening method is a very effective method to reduce the welding residual stress.It is helpful to improve the fatigue strength of welded structure, more extensive application inengineering. But in practical application, because of the influence of various factors, theultrasonic peening method research on reducing welding residual stress exists limitation. In thispaper, the ultrasonic peening method of Cr Mo steel weld stress reduction experiments, methods,a preliminary study on ultrasonic peening method in Cr Mo steel weld residual stress reductioneffect and the practical application.In the process of the impact head impact weld toe area, impact make weld surface squeezed,produced the longitudinal direction of the compression stress change; in parallel to the welddirection and impact location of weld surface and internal local area produced a certain degreeof long, releasing the produced in the welding process residual tensile elastic strain, reducewelding deformation, the welding residual stress release.The impact of parameters has a great influence on welding residual stress, and the impactof different position has influence on the effect of eliminating. Residual stress effect than theimpact of welding seam and heat affected zone is better to reduce the impact of weld toe.Increase the impact of amplitude, the better the effect of impact. In this paper, by means of awelded joint and butt welded joints ultrasonic impact of type T, the experimental results showthat the welding longitudinal residual stress occurs obviously decreased. |
