With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, more and more high-rise buildings,and in the process of its foundation construction, bored piles usage also will increase, creatinga large amount of waste mud. Because such a large amount of waste mud, and deal withdifficult, thus causing significant pollution to the environment.This paper clay abandoned drilling mud in wenzhou area as the research object, selectsthe quick lime, phosphogypsum and fly ash, anionic polyacrylamide (APAM), sodiumdodecyl sulfate (SDS) as a flocculating agent, the first single, and then mix add method,according to the filter test after flocculation, first step, with the orthogonal experiment designmethod, the research different combination of flocculant, dosage, pressure filtrationexperiment of clay abandoned drilling mud flocculation. The results show that:After adding lime and phosphogypsum flocculant, the growth law of mud pressurefiltration dehydration is nonlinear. Add a single flocculant, mud pressure filtration dehydrationrate with increased with the increase of flocculant dosage, the optimal dosage; When addingmixed flocculants, quick lime flocculant dosage change has great influence to the mudpressure filtration dehydration.Add lime, phosphogypsum and fly ash, anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) four mixedflocculants can improve waste mud dehydration rate, shorten the time needed for waste mudtreatment. In the combination of flocculant, the greater the quick lime dosage, its effect ofwaste mud treatment, the more obvious, and anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) in0.1g/500ml, the filter of waste mud flocculation effect is best. According to the analysis results, theoptimal mixed flocculant dosage combination is:1.4g and1.0g phosphogypsum calciumlime, fly ash,2.0g and0.1g anionic polyacrylamide.Quicklime, phosphogypsum and fly ash, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), four types of theflocculating agent in the mixed flocculant dosage change pressure filtration dehydration rateof waste mud flocculation effect obviously. Mixing flocculating agent, sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) dosage, changes to the whole mixed flocculant flocculation effect is most affected, andthe larger the dose flocculation effect the good trend. And the change of quick lime dosage ofmixed flocculants have little iMpact on the overall effect of flocculant; Waste phosphogypsumdosage and flocculation filter is inversely proportional to the water; Dosage of fly ash on theeffect of waste mud flocculation filter to take off the water first decreases after increasing trend. According to the analysis results, the optimal mixed flocculant dosage combination is:1.4g and0.6g phosphogypsum calcium lime, fly ash1.5g and0.5g, sodium dodecyl sulfate.CoMpare and analysis of test results, when handling clay abandoned drilling mud of the bestflocculant for: quick lime, phosphogypsum and fly ash, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS); Themixture ratio of (1.4+0.6+1.5+0.5) g/500ml.Filter pressure and thickness of the filter pressure filtration dehydration of clay abandoneddrilling mud flocculation has great influence. In the tests, the best processing waste mud filterpressure is0.8Mpa, the thickness of the filter is4cm.
