With the rapid development of human society entered the21st century efficient clean utilization of resources become the main problems at present stage. As the global consumption of oil is increasing and for crude oil are very limited availability. Lead to oil resources has decreased dramatically, and at the same time is the price of oil and its instability. Looking for new alternative energy sources is urgent. Shale oil as alternatives to traditional oil, the development and utilization of oil shale has in some countries with abundant oil shale reserves rapid development.Oil shale pyrolysis with waste benzene rubber is a clean and efficient use of oil shale waste rubber and one of the best way. According to sulfide styrene butadiene rubber and longkou oil shale pyrolysis total pyrolysis experiment analysis, in view of the original oil shale pyrolysis furnace add a certain amount of waste rubber can save the cost of factory again and get more yield efficiency, but also can reduce the black garbage to society, so the waste rubber and oil shale pyrolysis, pyrolysis become very meaningful.This paper has implemented pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis to Long kou shale andvulcanized SBR. The infividual pyrolysis experimental results showed that the yield of semi-coke, pyrolysis water and tar for infividual pyrolysis Long kou shale, were respectively:69.3%,4.25%and18.1%; the yield of semi-coke, pyrolysis water and tar for infividual pyrolysis vulcanized SBR were respectively:34.05%,1.43%and58.95%. Secondly, to implement two kinds of co-pyrolysis through two different way of mix implement (uniformly mixed pyrolysis and layered mixed pyrolysis.The results showed that the best oil production ratio for uniformly mixed co-pyrolysis and layered mixed co-pyrolysis with vulcanized SBR and Longkou shale were both8:2, where the method which was of the maximum increase in value of oil production rate comparing to the theoretical value of calculation was the layered pyrolysis, followed by measuring the data of sulfur content in the semi-coke and pyrolysis gas, it was inferred that the desulfurization rate of layered mixed pyrolysis was higher than that of the uniformly mixed pyrolysis. It was considered through comparison analysis that:SBR and Longkou Shale had the synergistic effect whilst co-pyrolysis, and the layered mixed pyrolysis enabled its synergistic effect to achieve the best results and with the best result of desulfurization.
