The Research Of Flotation Machine’s Parameterization CAD/CAE System Based On Solidworks

With the rapid development of global economy，the demand for copper and otherheavy metals is growing，as a machine for metal flotation,the design of flotationmachine has so much weakness such as more repeatedly design and longer design cycle,it is difficult to meet the needs of the market.So it is more important to get a method thatcan be used to design the flotation machine rapidly.Firstly，the development history and trends of flotation machine and CADtechnology is introduced in the article.And the key technologies of SolidWorkssecondary development are described,including secondary development of CADtechnology, parametric design technology, COM technology, ATL technology，OLEtechnology and so on. At the same time,the basic principles and the development stepsof the secondary development are briefly introduced. Then, the structure, workingprinciple and the main structural design of flotation machine are introduced.Based onthe similarity theory, the key parts of Flotation machine are analyzed.And the similaritycriteria of the key parts is summarized according to the series data of key parts.According to the similarity criteria,the key size of the key parts is calculated. Bottom-upassembly design ideas for flotation machine is used for parameterization designcombined with parametric technology, database technology, secondary developmenttechnology. As the active parts, the key parts drive the passive parts which is associatedwith the active parts.
