Welding technology is the core of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer in manufacturing process, the welding quality affects directly the service life and performance of electrolyzer. With the electrolysis technology, the structure of the cells and the welding technology applied in the manufacturing and assembling procedures are still continuous improved, need the electrolytic power consumption decreased gradually, which put forward very high requirement put forward higher requirements on the welding technology of electrolytic tank manufacturing and assembly process.In accordance with the defects of empty welding, solder welding, deformation and disrupt of the anode in the manufacturing of anode mesh welding, a series of improvement was taken. Firstly, modify the anode and rib welding process and testify the improvement effect. Secondly, design anode mesh laser welding bench and make the laser welding parameters, the improvement is verified obviously.In this paper, by analyzing the status of welding technology of manufacturing process of ionic membrane electrolyzer, the welding manufacturing process of stiffened plate and the anode plate for the anode of ionic membrane electrolyzer was improved. Through the study of laser welding technology and welding parameters, the laser welding production technology successfully was applied in production-manufacturing of electrolysis equipment.Electrolyzers production by laser welding manufacturing are achieved good production efficiency and use efficiency.
