The research to reliable measurement of trace metal ions is very important for trace element recovery and pollution in the natural water. Yet normal analytical measurements are need to do pretreatment before analysis because speciments are usually lower concentration, complex component, much interference and liabilization in the nature environment. The classic pretreatment is not only needing false manipulation, long period and heave work but also consuming a lot of organic solvent and having more errors. So the new technique that is not required pretreatment is becoming very significant for investigation of environmental analytical chemistry even analytical chemistry.The diffusive gradients in thin-films technique incorporates an ion-exchange resin separated from the solution by an ion-premeable gel membrane and controls the ion exchange in order to obtain quantitative analytical data in situ. This technique is not only overcoming the difficulty of the pretreatment but also combining the enrichment and the sampling. So the technique is very simple and fit for the measurement of trace metal ion in the water. PAAS is used to do the binding layer and cellulose acetate dialysis membranes are used to do the diffusive layer in this thesis. And the concentration of Cu2+.Wheat crops are planted in different concentrations in the soil in this research. Cu2+is obtained from the soil and the crops by different measurements-EDTA,CaCl2,HCl,Tesiser and DGT, and determine the concentration of Cu2+.And discuss the relativity between the concentration of Cu+in the crops and the soil. The experiment shows that, the relativity of effective copper extracted by CDM-PAAS-DGT is better than EDTA,HCl and Tessier.The experiment shows that, CDM-PAAS-DGT would be used as a method which assesses bioavailability of copper in soil-plant.DGT device with the binding phase(PAAS) has no elution and easy use than with the binding phase(Chelex100), Therefore has great application prospect.
