With the growing demand for energy, coal mining quantity presents rapid growth state. China’s coal consumption, in2010the total amount breaks through30tons, and other young lignite coal reserves is rich, is our country coal amount is the main source of. However brown coal with high water content, high oxygen content, calorific value is low, easily weathered, easy spontaneous combustion characteristics, seriously, affecting the lignite resources comprehensive utilization. According to the national12.5plan, save energy, reduce CO2and cyanide emissions, urgent needs of the market on the lignite R&D technology, in order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of lignite. Drying lignite upgrading technology at home and abroad more research, laboratory or small-scale equipment also has many, but the more mature industrial applications but not much. The study has practical significance.This topic based on the similar principle of vibration fluidized bed design of small lignite drying test machine, the test of research and analysis of numerical simulation, project to calculate the actual needs of the two stage fluidized bed drying area, vibration intensity,the material conveying speed, minimum fluidization velocity, vibration of the vibrating force and vibration damping spring in the spring stiffness and so on.For each hour of lignite drying150t large-scale vibrating fluidized bed to provide design basis, including gas temperature, flue gas velocity and particle size and other parameters of lignite.
