With the expanding of nc application, not only has the demand of numerical control device increased but also the equipment performance and quality has been put forward a higher request, reliability has become the focus of product competition and the key to the competition at home and abroad.compared with the the same products abroad, home-made numerical control device has a lower reliabilitya higher failure rate, it makes our country home-made numerical control product lost many users.so it’s very important for us to improve product quality and reliability in order to increase the market share and establish a good image of home-made numerical control device.This thesis mainly include the following respects:(1)The reliability’s expected and distribution of numerical control device. Through the analysis of the system structure of numerical control device, accorde to the different function module, constructe the numerical control device of logic structure model,and give a detailed distribution of numerical control device.(2)Failure mode effects and criticality analysis. Analysis of a type of numerical control device fault data,summarizes the13common fault models,5failure positions,it’s helpful to the the subsequent reliability research work.(3)The determinacy of the reliability distribution model. Through the feedback failure data record, through the drawing histogram for distribution types, and then the primary hypothesis distribution types, to test the hypotheses and parameter estimation, we determine the distribution patterns, finally, according to the distribution types quantitative analysis of the reliability index.(4)The reliability evaluation of the numerical control device. Using Bayes theory, through the small sample test data on numerical control device reliability evaluation, analysis the products not finalize the design.
