Theory and practice proves that the thinner of the diameter the higher of the efficiency of the air filtration media. Electrostatic spinning is the effective method of preparing nanometer fiber. The electrospunnonwoven is characterized by high void content and great specific surface area, the uniform fibres and large ratios of length to diameter. So it can be widely used on air purification.This paper analyzed the theory and method of nanofiber manufacturing, designed the nanofiber production plan, set up the experimental device. Electrospinning with different molecular weight polyethylene pyrrole (PVP). And then, watch the from of the nanofibers from different case by electron microscope to find out the difference between them to research the formation mechanism of nanofiber. This will find the way of technology optimization.Through the different preparation solutions studied the relative molecular mass and solution concentration of PVP on the influence of fiber morphology, by changing the experimental parameters to study the electric field, the solution of extrusion and receive distance on the influence of fiber morphology, change the environmental conditions of the laboratory to study the temperature, humidity and air flow condition for the influence of fiber configuration.Make nanofibers with little disparity on dimeter by electrospinning, and the mean diameter is150nm. At the same time, make nanofibers with much disparity on dimeter by electrospinning, and the mean diameter of the thin nanofibers is lower than100nm.This paper also making nanometer fiber coated on ordinary air filtration materials, testing results show that the improved filtation material can meet the efficient filter material level.The nanofiber had improved air purification efficiency obviously.
