In recent years, the haze weather of the country has appeared increasingly frequency. Research shows that the main reason for the haze weather in our country is coal combustion. In order to reduce pollution, the gas industry with high energy consumption and high pollution is changing its mode of production from using coal as raw material production to using clean natural gas, liquefied gas and other energy. During this period, it is usual to convert natural gas to gas by using Cyclic Catalytic Reforming (CCR).Based on the existing CCR production system, this thesis designs a CCR analysis and control system, using the context information in the production process. And the thesis gives an improved method of process parameters based on several control inference rules, overcoming the energy waste resulting from the manual operation. |
