This project introduces the necessity of measuring the relative permittivity of anisotropicmaterials and gives the conceptual analysis of various parameters of the cylindrical cavity and thefield content. Introduced in the cylindrical cavity resonator perturbation method measuring in twodirections relative permittivity anisotropy material calculated real and imaginary part by theintroduction of the calculated load transmission model quality factor of two.Presented in a cylindrical cavity, the field-based analysis of the issue of the need to use acylindrical cavityTE111modes, this model introduces a deflection polarization phenomena in onedirection in order to achieve elimination mode, keep the other modes object, in a suitable positionjoined two symmetrical mode is selected probe obtained using two different modes to determine therelative direction of dielectric anisotropy of the material.Use methods to stimulate feeding patterns in two different directions cylindrical cavity, fordifferent methods of feeding methods were discussed, drawn using coaxial probe feed. By the wayto avoid feeding probe was added to bring the mode select uncertainty factor, allows themeasurement to improve the operability. In feeding model, using a reflection-type calculationmethod to calculate the quality factor of the no-load quality factor of the system,, to achieve thepurpose of calculating the imaginary part of relative dielectric constant. Introduces the concept ofrelative loss tangent calculated anisotropic materials in two different directions relative loss tangent.
