As the crude oil has been inferior and heavy,as well as the rapid development of petrochemical industry has required more and better raw materials,comprehensive use of FCC slurry oil become an urgent task.Separation of the slurry oil is the initial condition of its deep processing and utilization.In this experiment,we measure the ash and four components content and make a study that using several common extraction agent separate the slurry,after to synthesizes each kind of extraction agent,we decide to select furfural as extracting agent and use response surface methodology to design experiment,we adopt17groups of experimental design that has3factors and3levels to simulate and optimize the best extraction condition,the experiment results show that the optimum extraction condition is that the agent oil ratio is3.5:1,the extraction temperature is58.2℃and the extraction time is25min.Due to the solubility of furfural is not enough to dissolve the aromatics in slurry at low temperature,which influence the yield of extracted oil and the recycling of aromatic hydrocarbons in the slurry oil.Finally,compound solvent is substituted for furfural,and using the response surface analysis simulate and optimize the experimental conditions,the experiment results show that the compound solvent’s solubility is better than furfural’s,and it can achieve the expected yield of extracted oil that is51.3%.It is the optimum extraction condition that the agent oil ratio is3.3:l,the extraction temperature is53.5℃,the extraction time is29min12s and the solvent ratios is2.76after considering the solubility and selectivity of the solvent.The cracking component of slurry or raffinate oil is more than extract oil.When yield of extracted oil of compound solvent is same with furfural’s,it needs the extraction temperature is lower and the solvent mass is less,which can achieve the goal of energy saving.It can improve the yield of extracted oil because the compound solvent’s solubility is better,which make more aromatic can be recycled.
