In recent years, organic/inorganic composite materials are widely concerned. In particular, inorganic and polymer resin nanocomposite materials have broad application prospect, because of its excellent properties. Therefore, the preparation of polymer resin and inorganic composite materials has scientific value and application prospect. This paper will focus on systematic research. First, we successfully prepared polycarbonate/silica mesoporous sphere; Second, through changing the reaction condition, we can focus on structure regulation;Finally, we need carry out the performance test.First of all, the classical sol-gel method was used to study the preparation of composite microspheres. using the comparative study of solvents, surfactants, catalyst, the suitable system was found. After a series of comparative experiments, The result is that cyclohexanone solvent, surfactant P123or P104can be the based reagents to prepare composite microspheres.Second, under the system of determining and selecting P123as surfactant, comparative study, by changing the amount of polymer, temperature, amount of catalyst, the amount of surfactant to study its specific surface area of mesoporous composite materials, the influence of the pore diameter and morphology. Preparation of out radiation cavernous composite microspheres; Through contrast experiment found that the temperature control in40degrees can maintain for spherical morphology of composite microspheres, and when the temperature rises, the formation of the damaged structure.Again, under the system of determining and select P104as surfactant, comparative study, by changing the amount of polymer, temperature, amount of catalyst, the amount of surfactant to study its specific surface area of mesoporous composite materials, the influence of the pore diameter and morphology. Compared with P123system, choose P104as surfactant, its control of the morphology is bad. And the overall composite particle specific surface area is smaller than P123system corresponding to the samples.Finally, In order to test the adsorption ability of polycarbonate/silica, the hollow mesorporous sphere was prepared as contrast experiment. The UV spectrophotometry was used to analysis the absorption capacities of the Pc/SiO2composite microspheres for p-phenylene diamine. The absorpotion capacity of composite microsphere is much higher than the hollow microspheres.
