The Research And Application Of Gemini Surfactant On Clean Fracturing Fluid

The purpose of this study is to develop alternative hydroxypropyl guanidine gum ofGemini surfactants thickeners, applied to water base fractuirng fluid, and thecomprehensive performance of water-based fracturing lfuid system was evaluated,developing a clean fractuirng fluid is suitable for low permeability reservoir fractuirng.In this paper, eight kinds of Gemini surfactant was synthesized in the laboratory, usinginfrared spectroscopy characteirzation of its structure, the analysis results show that thesynthesis of the molecular structure and the design of the molecular structure is the same.Using single factor method was studied on the relationship between the concentrationand viscosity, developed for the clean fractuirng fluid of Gemini surfactants thickenersand Gemini surfactant clean fractuirng fluid system formula, and the capacity of heatand shear resistant,brea king down,suspending proppant7and ifltration were evaluatedaccording to the enterpirse standard SY/T6376-2008of the fractuirng fluid generaltechnical conditions. The clean-fracturing fluids were applied to8wells in the yanchangoil field of eastern and western successfully, shows that this fractuirng lfuid completelysatisfy the yanchang oil field in low temperature, low pressure, low permeabilityreservoir fracturing, and has simple configuration, easy to use features.
