| This paper has discussed the development of hydraulic hammer technology and the statusand trend and disadvantages of testing method at home and abroad. Based on the double actinginjection-type hydraulic hammer, closely combining the current technical conditions, apractical experimental testing platform of hydraulic hammer has been designed, so as to maketechnical preparation for structural improvement and parameter optimization of hydraulichammer.Experimental platform of hydraulic hammer testing has been designed and completed.According to the needs of experiment, a test bench has been designed and strength of somecritical parts is checked. Working parameter hydraulic hammer in each production process areanalyzed to choose appropriate sensors to measure these parameters, which combined withlaboratory experimental study. Structure of information collection system utilizes thedistributed data acquisition. Use YanHua industry control machine IPC-610L as the datacollection terminal. Taiwan Advantech PCI-1715U that is a high-speed disconnecting analoginput card is chosen as data acquisition card. The experimental platform matching softwaresystem is designed on LABVIEW, which increase the efficiency of data acquisition and thetransmission capacity in real time effectively. The design and building of this hydraulichammer testing platform is complete. Structural improvement and performance optimizationof this hydraulic hammer provides certain experimental base. |
