Because of poorreservoir physical property, low porosity and low permeability, and the complex porestructure, the situation of oilfield development is grim, the hydraulic fracturing of lowpermeability oil reservoir is the necessary measure of mining and increasing production,what’s more, the good or bad of fracturing fluid performance is an important guarantee of thefracturing effect. Over the years, a variety of fracturing fluid tests are carried out in Ma Lingarea, such as, due to the advantages of low cost, stable performance and good carrierperformance, the guanidine gum fracturing fluid is widely used. The CHS-VES fracturingfluid system belongs to class type clean fracturing fluid developed in recent years hasobtained the good effect of construction at the scene. With the deepening of the developmentprocess, the development step by step according to the flow unit has become the characteristicof the development for low permeability reservoir. However,at present, in view of theevaluation and optimization of flow fracturing fluid in the different strata of various kinds ofreservoir remains to be researched.Based on the situation, this article selects mainly used guanidine gum and CHS-VESfracturing fluid two sets of fracturing fluid system in the scene, in view of the different strataof all kinds of flow unit,the adaptability study of indoor experiments are carried out;Experiments show that the performance of the present mainly used two sets of fracturing fluidin the scene conforms to the 《SY/T5107-1995water-based fracturing fluid evaluationstandard》. The optimized CHS class clean fracturing fluid system of salt water can make thetemperature resistance, and its stability is enhanced. For Ma Ling chang eight lowpermeability reservoirs, to different horizon of various types of flow units of cores,thedamage of CHS class clean fracturing fluid is low, compared with guanidine gum,CHS classclean fracturing fluid is more suitable.In view of the damage of fracturing fluid for reservoir matrix, the influence factoranalysis are conducted,and the experimental results show that the particle size of the fracturing fluid residue influence little for matrix pore jams, the filter cake formed in thematrix pore surface is the main reason of permeability damage. |
