| A new technique of producing flocculant PAFSC by recycling aluminium ash oraluminiium alloy slag,and used the produced flocculant PAFSC to dispose simulatedtextile wastewater and industrial effluents.At frist, the influence factor of leaching aluminium from aluminium ash weresinvestigated. The conditions of leaching aluminium was determined:reaction timewas2h, reation temperature was90℃, the amount of hydrochloric acid was molarratio n(HCl):n(Al)=1.3×3, and the concentration of hydrochloric acid was6mol/L, theleaching rate of aluminium was greater than90%.The aluminium alloy slag was reacted under these conditions:reaction time was20min, reation temperature was80℃, molar ratio n(HCl):(Al)=3:1,and concentration ofhydrochloric acid was6mol/L, the leaching rate of aluminium was greater than95%.The flocculant PAFSC was been produced by compound method, and thealuminium chloride leaching solution was been used to it. The flocculant was producedunder these conditions:the degree of alkalization was2.0, activated pH=3, activatedtime was7min, the mass fraction of SiO2was2.5%, molar ratio n(Al3++Fe3+):Si=5:1,molar ratio n(Al3+):n(Fe3+)=9:1, and when the dosage of flocculant was0.3g/L, thedecolorization rate of simulated textile wastewater was97.2%.The sample of homemade PAFSC was detected by XRD and IR, it has beenproved to same with the target product, it was amorphous copolymer.And two kinds of industrial effluent was been disposed by PAFSC, when thedosage of flocculant was0.5g/L, and the pH of wastewater was6.0, thedecolorization rate and COD removal rate of pharmaceutical wastewater could reach81%and40%, and the whena the pH of wastewater was5.0, and the dosage offlocculant was0.4g/L, the COD removal rate and decolorization rate of pulpingwastewater could reach71%and92%.The homemade flocculant PAFSC has extensive and compact floc unit, andsettling rate quick, when it was been used to dispose industrial effluents, andflocculation effect was superior to commercial flocculant PAC. |
