| Electronic toy is part of the important partners on childhood. With toy industrydeveloping rapidly, children toy is more and more complex and its function is moreand more complex, China is the biggest toy exporter and potential toy consumptionpower in the world, but there are many problems on OEM toy factories and domestictoy factories, such as old design process, expensive manufacturing cost, hidden safeproblems and so on. This paper will study on children toy design method andimprovement of the design process, based on children’s toy train version upgradedesign project. This task needs to go to achieve the optimal design of production ofthe toy in order to improve the existing design methods and processes of toystructural design by using finite element analysis, the multi-objective analysis,numerical analysis and function fitting methods.Firstly, this task has overview on the train version upgrade project, then proposethree version design requirements base on the design defect, manufacturing cost andsafety concern. Then this task redesign the train mechanical structure through theparameterization model software, using engineering data that before the upgrade andafter the upgrade illustrates the improvement of structure and its profit. Secondly, Wedo finite element static simulation on the fundamental structure, identification structure,of the train, using multi-objective test method optimize parameters of the springstructural. We fit functions for three critical parameters and over-voltage trip one byone, finishing train physical model prove accuracy of parametric design andoptimization design. It will serve as reference for other children toy design to designmethod and design process. After all, this task launch the preliminary research on gearbox noise problem, analyze the causes of principle of the gear box for reference, plumbthe theoretical reason for the view of the vibration principle. We get the inherentfrequency and vibration mode of gear box by modal analysis, and optimize design thegear box wall thickness in the view of inherent frequency of gear box, which will setthe foundation for vibration noise reduction of gear box noise research deeply. |
