Hydrogen energy is of high heat value, no pollution and wide use, and biomass fuel has received more and more attention because it is renewable and environment-friendly. Using biomass to produce hydrogen is an effective way to solve energy problem and environmental problem. Hydrogen production that uses Traditional fuel in the way of steam reforming needs high temperature and consumes plenty of heat, at the same time, the dependence on fossil fuel restricts its sustainable development. As a new technology of fuel reforming, plasma has received increasing attention from researchers and scholars at home and abroad. This thesis focuses on the research of biomass fuel (represented by glycerol and rapeseed oil) reforming through two kinds of plasma, and proved the feasibility of producing hydrogen by plasma reforming fuel:(1) In the experiment of producing hydrogen by reforming glycerol in Laval nozzle arc plasma reactor, the main gaseous phase products are H2, CO, CH4, CO2, and among them, H2and CO makes up about70%.When other conditions remain unchanged, increase the proportion of water and glycerol only, the gas conversion of glycerol and its gas phase product flow will decrease, while the hydrogen yield will increase a little; when other conditions remain unchanged, increase the carrier gas flow rate only, the gas conversion of glycerol and gas phase product flow will increase and then decrease, the power will increase; when other conditions remain unchanged, increase voltage only, the gas conversion of glycerol and gas phase product flow will increase, and the power will increase. After the experiment, we know that the most proper condition is when the proportion of water and glycerol is1:1, the nitrogen flow is10L/min, the voltage is10KV, and in that condition, the glycerol gas conversion is47.58%, the hydrogen selectivity is37.6%, and the CO selectivity is36.4%.(2) In the experiment of producing hydrogen by reforming glycerol in rotating gliding arc plasma reactor co-driven by tangential flow and magnetic field, the main gaseous phase products are H2, CO2, CO, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, and among them, H2(41-53%) and CO(12-13%) makes up about50%. When other conditions remain unchanged, increase the flow of rapeseed oil only, the gas conversion of glycerol and its gas phase product flow will decrease and then decrease; when other conditions remain unchanged, increase the carrier gas flow rate only, the gas conversion of glycerol and gas phase product flow will increase and then decrease, the power will decrease; when other conditions remain unchanged, increase voltage only, the gas conversion of glycerol and gas phase product flow will increase, and the power will increase. Considering all the evaluation indexes, when rapeseed oil flow is3mL/min, and the voltage is10kV, the efficiency of hydrogen production is good, and the corresponding gas conversion of rapeseed is25.62%, the hydrogen selectivity is43.4%, and the gas phase product flow is1.04L/min.
