| Using the robot in food processing field, not only can avoid the direct contact between the food and the workers and ensure food hygiene, but also can significantly improve production efficiency and greatly reduce labor intensity,has been a new trend of modern food processing field.As the part that the robot contacts with the food directly, clamper’s quality,property, speed affect the speed and property of the robot automatic processing directly.Fresh meat has the characteristics of soft, large moisture, no fixed shape. This paper intends to base on the robot automatic sorting system that the project group has developed, for lump fresh meat, develops a clamper for meat automatic sorting,has the study on the key technologies of fresh meat clamper.This paper analyzed the property and the size of fresh meat firstly, by comparing the driven approach and transmission mechanism, determining the overall scheme and design principles of the clamper. The new clamper intends to use single cylinder to drive, use symmetrical rod to transmiss,has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, fast response.To shrink the clamper’s volume and reduce the weight, this paper established the mathematical model of the linkage for optimizing and simulating, by using MATLAB and ADAMS, optimizated the clamper’s structure and size.Combining ANSYS finite element simulation and ADAMS dynamics simulation,having an optimization and analysis for the key components including clamper’s sliding panel, steering knuckles, launch spring, on the basis of ensuring the functional requirements, trying to reduce the size and quality of key components, at the same time, avoiding occuring the resonance for clamper.Finally, basing on PLC technology,dcsigning the pneumatic circuit of the clamper and control systems, selecting key components,formulating the clamper’s PLC Control program. |
