In this experiment we studied the quality of five kinds of eggs collected from Yunxian,analyzed the breeding methods and feedstuffs effect on egg quality, and primarily analyzethe mechanism, identified reference and advice in the production of high quality egg. In allfive kinds of eggs, three of them are commodities egg, cultivation method is caged, andhen’s base feed all purchasing in local, and pre-mixed feed from the same companies.Commodities1egg and commodities egg3in feed were added in the pine needle powderand papaya powder as plant-origin additive. Farm eggs and green shell eggs produced bylocal farmers and their free-range hens. Feed for hens of farm eggs and green shell eggs isno fixed formula, laying hens feed mainly on its own.Experimental results show that in eggs weight, water content, vitamin A content arehigher in the three kinds of commodities eggs than that in farm eggs or green shell eggs,and significant difference (P <0.05). Farm eggs and green shell eggs in yolk color, yolkindex, hartz unit, yolk scale, DHA levels were higher than those on commodities eggs, andsignificant difference (P <0.05). On the egg white, egg yolk, dry base composition, protein,fat, and cholesterol levels, five eggs did not show the difference (P>0.05). On the aminoacid content, farm eggs part of the essential amino acid content is slightly lower than theother four kinds of egg, and showed significant difference (P <0.05). Between traceelements content, five kinds of egg is totally different. In addition, commodities eggs1,which are pine needle powder is added in the feed, performance middle in each of data.Even though in the egg yolk index, hartz unit, yolk scale and DHA content, commoditieseggs1were lower than these in farm eggs and green shell eggs and showed significantdifference (P <0.05), but all performed better than the other two kinds of commodity eggs,and also showed significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:1, the different feeding mode, the egg quality performance in a big gap.2,main nutrients (protein, fat) of dried egg white and yolk almost unanimously, notinfluenced by genetic and breeding way, but because egg yolk and whitewater content andweight ratio are different, detection in the whole egg protein and fat indeed be affected andproduced differences.3, to compare three commodities eggs shows that plant-originadditives have positive and negative effects on both sides at the same time, the commodityegg1, that pine needle powder is added, are close to the quality indicators on farm eggsand green shell eggs, but commodity egg3added the papaya powder eggs produced somekind side effects.
