Determined by the characteristics of the urban garbage, the landfill method willstill be the main measure of urban garbage disposal in the future. With the increasinglyscarce of land resources, the new landfill site selection become more and more difficult.Exploring the stabilization of landfill waste exploitation is one of the effective methodsto prolong the service life of the landfill site,which eases the problem of choosing thenew landfill site. On the other hand, the rapid development of our country’s economyleads to the rapid rise of the tourism industry in our country and brings the tourismrestaurant industry the bight future. The tourist area are often in remoter scenic areas orrural areas. And because of this kind of tourist area far away from city, it makes therestaurant wastewater discharge into the local water without useful treatment. This kindof dispersible restaurant wastewater bring the serious influence to local environment.According to the characteristics of this kind of dispersible restaurant wastewater, it isnecessary to find a kind of effective treatment method.This article explores the mineralized garbage infiltration filter system suchdispersible catering wastewater treatment effect by experiment, and discusses thevarious factors affecting the treatment effect of this test. Getting the following mainconclusions:(1) Under the condition of natural ventilation, aged refuse is better than soil watertreatment matrix to use for treatment of restaurant wastewater; The removal effect ofaged refuse of NH4+-N is good, which still can guarantee the level of A standard for theNH4+-N concentration water town pollutant emission, but is not well for TN and TP.(2) The higher reflux ratio of subsurface aged refuse in the process of runninginfiltration system does not mean the better effect, the excessive high reflux ratio makesthe decline of COD and TP removal rate in system,for the nutritious imbalance. thereduce of waste water retention time and the excessive and hydraulic scour. (3) Prolonging the time of water arrangement and the decline of inflow waterhydraulic load can make the better effect to subsurface aged refuse infiltration systemfor catering wastewater treatment. But low water hydraulic load and a long cloth waterof the time will make the system of food and beverage wastewater treatment efficiencybecome reduced, thus increasing running costs. Therefore in the process of actualoperation should be based on the specific operation, adjust the water hydraulic load timein to ensure that the effluent water quality requirements and improve the processingefficiency.(4)Under the hydraulic load of1m3/8m2, the optimal conditions of the runningsubsurface aged refuse infiltration system test are: reflux ratio was200%, water timewas6h. Under the condition of the operation system, the removal rate of NH4+-N, TN,TP and COD was86.3%,91.3%,95.8%,97.2%, and the concentration of the waterquality indexes can reach A standard.of urban pollutants discharge level.
