Super high-speed grinding will become trend of development in recent and future,because it already displayed remarkable superiority in ultra precise and the highly effective processing application. The form-grinding is one kind of new and rapid developing processing technology,and its highly effective precise processing has the extremely widespread application in the mechanical engineering. Because of the limit of experimental apparatus and experimental media,super high-speed creeping grinding process experiments with CBN wheel are seldom done at home,the achievement gap between our nation and abroad is wide. So doing our own super high-speed creeping grinding process experiments is significant.The study uses super high-speed grinding machine in Northeast university, as experiments the material take Ni-base superalloy GH4169, under super high-speed creeping grinding condition, research the effect of grinding technological parameter to grinding strength and superficial integrity (including surface roughness, superficial appearance), the paper primary content is as follows:(1) It summary the history and current situation of super high-speed grinding and the form-grinding technology,based on the introducing of grinding theory,introduce in detail experiments plan of super high-speed creeping grinding with CBN wheel.(2) The process parameters affect grinding force greatly in the process of ultra-high speed creeping grinding of superalloy GH4169. The effect rule of wheel velocity and grinding depth of grinding wheel on grinding force,grinding force ratio,specific grinding energy are analyzed. It summarize the effect rule of grinding force in normal depth grinding and deep grinding.(3) It study the effct of grinding parameter(wheel velocity and grinding depth of grinding wheel) on surface roughness as well as superficial appearance, and base on research of grinding force,study surface quality and grinding theory.
