The printing and dyeing waste water is large emission load、complex constituent、 big chroma and non-biodegrade, which is great harm to aquatic life and human health. The heterogeneous Fenton-like technology which is widely used in dealing with waste water due to the characteristic of low energy consumpution、high rate、great effect of discoloration and no secondary pollution. So study the synthesis and properties of the heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst catalytic attracted much more attention.According to iron oxide method which is used to treat electroplating wastewater, this article promotes Cr-doped polymetallic magnetic ferrite as heterogeneous Fenton-like catalystic.It intends to open up new ideas of resourceful treatment of chromium containing wastewater and high concentration of non-biodegradation organic dye wastewater. It provides guidance for the material of novel heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst、the high value-added cycling waste and harmless treatment of high concentration non-biodegrade organic wastewaterThis paper designed and synthesised five Fenton-like heterogeneous:Fe3O4、 Fe2.6Cro.4O4、Fei.49Cr1.5iO4、Fe2.6Cr0.4O4/FJCand FeNi2S4, study the effects of reaction conditions on the crystal formation and structure. These catalysts are characterized by different techniques such as XFS、XRD、SEM、ICP、FT-IR spectroscopy. The activity of high concentration organic pollutants for catalyst catalytic H2O2oxidation degradation were studied. Meanwhile reactive MB was taken as the probe molecular to evaluate the catalytic activity of the catalyst. The effects of concentration of H2O2, initial pH, reaction temperature, the quantity of catalyst, and the initial concentration of MB on the degradation rate of the MB solution were investigated. The results of experiments indicate that the Fe3O4、Fe2.6Cr0.4O4、Fe1.49Cr1.51O4、Fe2.6Cr0.4O4/FJCand FeNi2S4are efficient Fenton-like catalyst. They are all easy separation of the catalyst and used repeatedly.
