| Oil tilled styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) is one of the largest general synthetic rubber varieties in the world, and it is also one of the earliest industrializing production of synthetic rubber varieties. Its physical properties, processing properties and performance are close to that of natural rubber, even more excellent than that of natural rubber. SBR is widely used in tires, tape, rubber hose, wire and cable, medical equipment and the variety of their productions. With the rapid development of rubber industry, the consumption of rubber filling oil is increased year by year. The higher aromatic rubber oils are more important owing to the best compatibility, the larger filling quantity, the higher strength of their rubber products and the lower costs.Rubber filling oil major affects the quality of its rubber products, so the quality of rubber filling oil has more strict requirements, which is influenced by many factors in the process of actual production. This dissertation focus on the analysis of the multiple factors affecting the quality of rubber filling oil combined the refinery lube oil solvent refining plant. Compared the quality standard with the performance of produced rubber filling oil, the viscosity was determined as the most important factor; by means of the orthogonal test with multiple factors and levels for the optimal operating condition, the results were obtained, in which the top temperature of95-98"C and the bottom of75~78℃in control tower-1, agent oil ratio (V/V) of1.6-1.7, wet of1.3-1.5m3/h, the volume of solvent circulation of16t/h at the bottom, vacuum of32-46kPa. After the styrene-butadiene rubber based adhesive was preparation and rubber filling oil was emulsion, then the oil filled styrene butadiene rubber was polymerized. The analytical results including the latex properties, molecular weight and its distribution, abrasion performance and vulcanization characteristic indicated that the main index of physical properties of obtained oil filled styrene butadiene rubber were similar to that of the domestic products. |
