In2014, the Lanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co. carried out the transformation of the boiler flue gas desulfurization equipment, mainly for the original up rating of multiple circulation and stable double alkali method. Main contents of the transformation included desulfurization absorption tower each add a spraying layer, desulfurization tower outer circulation system reformation, and the new primary sedimentation tank which supporting pipeline, so as to achieve the national thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards.In this dissertation, the status quo after the boiler flue gas desulfurization equipment at home and abroad elaborate, with emphasis on the materials Lanzhou Petrochemical Company boiler flue gas desulphurization plant transformation consumption, energy consumption, operation of key indicators to analyze assessment. In which, under the calibration load, major equipment denitration unit, desulfurization unit, etc. are all stable operation, and the boiler main process indicators controlled; the outlet NOx average concentrations from boilers A and B denitration units were72mg/Nm3and73mg/Nm3, respectively; the total SO2average concentration of desulfurization unit exports was12mg/Nm3, which achieve the design targets. The average concentration of desulfurization unit total exports smoke was8.4mg/Nm3, and the flue gas emissions is in line with the national standards. These results provide a theoretical basis for the long period safe and stable operation of boiler flue gas desulfurization device, and realizes the device to achieve the emission of national environmental protection.
