Polypropylene is a kind of excellent thermoplastic resin, with low prices and good processing properties, widely used in all areas of national production, in the past10years, the world polypropylene demand for average annual growth rate of4.5%. Polypropylene resin is widely used due to the upgrading of Ziegler-Natta catalyst, introducing all kinds of new structure of electronic donor into catalyst system, not only improves the activity of the catalyst, and improves the orientation ability and hydrogen sensitivity.Aiming at the status quo of the current domestic high-end polypropylene catalyst relying heavily on import and not having the polypropylene catalyst with independent intellectual property rights owned by petrochina, according to the existing basic structure of donor, in this paper, eight kinds of new electronic donors are designed and compounded, according to its characteristics, they are loaded in MgCl2crystal surface on the basis of different preparing methods, supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for polypropylene is prepared and its corresponding characterization of physical property is done, founding that the indicator of various components content of the catalyst Cat6and Cat8are similar to industrial catalyst CSH. Experimental evaluation for propylene polymerization is done using eight kinds of self-made supported catalyst, comparing the difference between the performance of the supported catalyst containing different internal donor, as a case study of Cat6and Cat8. investigating the effect of Si/Ti, H2and content of internal donor to the performance of catalyst. The experimental results show that with the increase of Si/Ti, the activity of the catalyst decline, the isotactic degree and the melting point of the polymer increase; With increasing the amount of H2, the activity of the catalyst and the melt index of the polymer are increasing; With the decrease of the content of internal donor in the catalyst system, the activity of the catalyst and the isotactic degree of the polymer first increase and then decrease, the peak when Mg/ED=10.
