Chitosan is solid of white, translucent and slightly pearly luster. Chitosan can dissolved in inorganic acid such as a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid and most organic acids, insoluble in dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, water and alkali solution. In dilute acid, the solution viscosity of chitosan will reduce gradually, following the main chain of slow hydrolysis reaction. Due to the difference of material and deacelation degree, the relative molecular mass of the chitosan ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions, this kind of irregular natural polymer can be widely used in all walks of life, which is due to its nature and biological function, safetly, good biocompatibility, biodegradability and good compatibility, such significant progress has been made in the field of chemical industry, medicine, food, cosmetics, water treatment, the extraction of the metal recycling, biochemistry and biomedical engineering, chitosan have the remarkable progress. This thesis aims to synthetize chitosan iodide through using chitosan with different determine iodine content of chitosan iodide through iodimetry. Limited application of chitosan mainly depends on it only can be dissolved in dilute acid and some certain solvent. Therefore, in order to enrich the chitosan and its derivatives in different areas of the development and application, other functional groups can be brought in, chemical modification, increase the dissolution of chitosan.At present, the chemical modification of chitosan mainly concentrated in the esterification, acylation, alkylation, crosslinking reaction and schiff reaction. This article chooses different temperatures and feed ratio to make different substitution degree of water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan, improving the solubility of chitosan, with the preparated iodine solution compound, preparing the carboxymethyl chitosan-iodine compound bactericide, inspect bactericidal effect of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus by different substitution degree of carboxymethyl chitosan-iodine compound disinfectant.The oligosaccharides with low degree of polymerization showed the unique physiological activity and function of nature. At present, the method of prepare oligosaccharide mainly include physical, chemical and biological method. The chemical method of hydrogen peroxide oxidation degradation as a pollution-free and environment-friendly methods, due to its degradation speedly, lowly cost, no residues, si m p l y p o st-p r o c es s i n g, a lw a y s p op u la r w it h th e p e o p le.
