Nanomaterial and nanotechnology have been widely used inmachinery, electronics, optics, magnetism, chemistry and biology, isclosely related to our life. Metal nanometer materials,in particular,thestrong surface plasmon effect and biological compatibility, commonlyused as a auxiliary material for environmental monitoring, biologicalmedical test. And in numerous metal Nanometer materials, goldnanoparticles not only keep the unique optical, electrical, physical andchemical properties and biological features, also maintained a highstability, are often apply in the efficient catalytic, spectral surfaceenhancement, ultra sensitive detection and biological sensor bring moreand more attention to the researchers. Gold nanoparticles characteristicsmainly depend on the size and morphology,different preparation methodsand the process will produce different gold nanoparticles, but also determines the scope of their application.Currently,the synthesis of goldnanoparticles has been quite mature and diverse. The application innucleic acid molecules and Biomedical also accumulated a large numberof experimental data and experience.However, most of the process oragents are present some toxicity, can produce side effects on organisms.Therefore, the "green" non-toxic gold nanoparticles synthesis andmodification methods become hot and difficult research over the pastdecade. Based on this, the thesis research work carried out in two parts:1. From the theory of nanoparticles and introduces a variety ofsynthetic methods of gold nanoparticles, summarizes the influence factorsof gold nanoparticles synthesis, and elaborated on the three principles ofclassical gold nanoparticles preparation and several "green" synthesismethods and their advantages and disadvantages;2. Details for the first time, we successfully developed a new type of"green" biocompatibility gold nanoparticles synthesis-Tris reductionmethod, obtained the experimental program optimization andperformance testing of gold nanoparticles. This method is in mild reactionconditions, simple and safe experimental operation, able to control thesynthesis of gold nanoparticles size; Tris reduction can be achieved in situsynthesis of gold nanoparticles with biomolecules, reaction process doesnot affect the biological molecules-DNA.
