The preparation of antibacterial composite materials were studied in thethesis.First of all,Silver synthetic zeolite antimicrobial agent was prepared. Theoptimized antibacterial preparation technology was determined through the analysis ofits preparation process. PVC/silver zeolite composite materials by melt blendingmethod were prepared through the developed antibacterial agent.The influence ofmaterial mechanical properties and antibacterial performance were studied byantibacterial dosage, the long-term and discoloration resistance of antibacterial PVCplastic were examined.The artificial zeolite as the carrier, AgNO3as the exchange of liquid, silver loadedzeolite antimicrobial agent was prepared bythe method of ion exchange.The surfacemorphology and microstructure of sample were analyzed, and the properties ofantibacterial and heat resistance of the material was tested. The results show that theoptimized conditions of preparation as follows: the solid-liquid ratio of synthetic zeoliteand AgNO3solution was1:1.5, the reaction temperature was50℃, the reaction timewas4h. the pH was6~8. Zeolite antimicrobial under optimal preparation conditionsagents had good antibacterial propertieson e.coli and s.aureus thatthe MIC were31.25ppm and62.5ppm.Antibacterial performance decreased with the increase oftemperature, antibacterial agents lose antibacterial properties when the temperaturereaches800℃.PVC/silver zeolite composite materials by melt blending method were preparedthrough the developed antibacterial agent. The influence of material mechanicalproperties and antibacterial performance were studied by antibacterial dosage, thelong-term and discoloration resistance of antibacterial PVC plastic were examined.The results show that:silver zeolite antimicrobial agent had good dispersion in the PVCplastic, the tensile property is first increased and then decreased, elongation reducedstability, the bactericidal activity of comsites in e.coli and s.aureus can reach95%,when the antibacterial agent of2%, the bactericidal activity is still92.5%after15days55℃hot water soaking, the composites have long-time bactericidal activity.Antibacterial PVC material have the performance of resistance to change colorcompared with general PVC material.
