With the further development of the fourth generation mobile communication technology, Time Division Long Term Evolution Technology (TD-LTE) is being gradually accepted by various countries in the world and the communication technology based on TD-LTE will become the mainstream technology applied in the communication industry of each country. The development of this technology provides good technical support for more advanced and more reliable communication network dedicated to coal industry and finds a favorable joint point for breaking the current situation of backward coal communication network in our country. This thesis mainly starts from the current backward communication network of coal enterprises in our country, combines the characteristics of communication network for mining purpose, puts forward a design scheme of new-type wireless communication system for mining purpose based on TD-LTE and researches the composition and functional characteristics of this system.Main contents researched in this thesis are as follows:(1) the current development of mining communication network in our country is analyzed, also by combining difficulties which coal enterprises in our country face when designing dedicated communication networks, the characteristics of development of dedicated communication network technology in coal enterprises of our country are concluded and a detailed introduction of TD-LTE and its application advantages and development waypoints is given;(2) aiming at system functions, performance and other aspects, a detailed demand analysis of mining wireless dedicated network is conducted, and accordingly the design objective for wireless dedicated network system is determined, and on this basis a set of communication system solution based on TD-LTE for mining purpose is put forward;(3) detailed design and implementation of key systematic parts is carried out, including selecting system frequency, establishing the capacity computing model, deciding the transmission bandwidth, engineering construction, etc.; (4) the running environment and software loading process of TD-LTE communication system for mining purpose is introduced, and a test and an analysis of the system are also conducted to verify its availability;The system test results show that the dedicated communication network for mining purpose based on TD-LTE still can complete various functions of dedicated network communication system after simplifying network elements, integrating core network and bearing cluster dispatching business. Therefore, the TD-LTE currently in high-speed development provides a solid technical foundation for the construction of dedicated network for mining purpose in our country as well as points out the direction for its development.
