Abstract/Summary:
The geographical area of High plateau is very large in our country, With the rapid development of china’s economy, the construction of the city and airport in high altitude area is becoming faster and faster, People pay more attention to the emergency rescue and fire fighting in the high plateau area. due to the unique geographical environment and weather conditions of these places. The fire combustion characteristics in high plateau area differ from that of the plain area, Currently, AFFF are widely used in the plain area and high plateau area to extinguish the oil fire. however, With the rise of altitude,we do not know whether the performance parameters of aqueous film forming foam extinguishing agent will change. Whether the present AFFF is suitable to extinguish the oil fire in the high altitude area is also unknown,in other words scientists seldom research these problems.So,In this context, the substance of my paper is to study whether high altitude hypobaric hypoxia will effect the performance parameters of AFFF, and to test the change of its performance parameters and evaluate its fire extinguishing performance in high altitude area.this dissertation will refer to the national standard of foam extinguishing agent——《GB15308-2006》 to test its performance parameters in those places, These parameters include the viscosity, surface tension, foaming ratio, drainage time,and compare the test results of plain area in order to reveal change regulation of its performance parameters.
